per subs payment collected. Only on successful payments. Billed monthly. That is it.

Example: A club of 100 members on annual subs pays £40 + VAT a year.
Run it for free: add a small admin fee to each subs payment to cover our 40p, just like a booking fee on TicketOtter.
Stripe and GoCardless charge their standard processing fees as usual. Those are paid by your club directly to them, not to us. Pilot pricing, which may change before launch. Founding clubs keep a special rate.

FAQ
Questions treasurers ask
Do you hold our money?
Never. Your club connects its own Stripe or GoCardless account, and members pay straight into it. The money goes to your club bank account as usual. MemberMagpie keeps the records and sends the reminders.
Do members need an account or an app?
No. Members get a payment link by email, pay by Direct Debit or card on any phone or computer, and that is it.
Can we use Direct Debit?
Yes. Direct Debit runs through your club’s own GoCardless account, which suits monthly and annual subs. Card payments run through your own Stripe account.
Can we import our spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload or paste your existing member list and MemberMagpie sets everyone up in minutes.
What does it cost?
Tracking members, recording cash and bank transfers, reminders and the AGM report are free. If MemberMagpie collects payments for you by Direct Debit or card, it is a flat 40p + VAT per successful payment, billed monthly. Stripe or GoCardless charge their usual processing fees directly to your club.
Does it work with TicketOtter?
Yes, that is the plan. Connect the two and paid up members get member prices on your TicketOtter event tickets automatically. The connection is being built alongside our pilot.
Is our members’ data safe?
We only use member data to run your club’s subs. We never sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time. Full details are in our privacy policy.
What happens when our treasurer changes?
Add the new treasurer to your club account and remove the old one. All your members, payments and history stay with the club, not with a person.
